Demi Vera is a multidisciplinary artist whose work centers intimate documentation and storytelling that delves journeys of personal growth and vulnerability. Their artistic career began in darkroom photography and has since evolved into multimedia explorations. Over the past few years, Demi has meticulously compiled their poetry, illustrations, and film photography, working on their first chap-book that brings together this diverse body of work.
Demi currently co-hosts a bi-monthly poetry workshop called "Neither," which serves as a sober, sliding-scale, BIPOC gathering. This workshop centers on creating intimate community think tanks in a spiritually enriching environment, fostering a sense of connection and healing.
